Reliable Brake Line Replacements: Copper Nickel Sets
When you're on the clock, fitting brake lines needs to be a precise job that holds up. These pre-fabricated brake pipe sets are engineered to save you workshop time and deliver a durable, reliable repair.
Direct Fit, Engineered for Longevity
Forget the hassle of wrestling with coils, bending, flaring, and guessing lengths. Each pipe in these sets is precision-cut to the exact dimensions for the specific vehicle application. Crucially, every pipe is clearly marked, eliminating guesswork during installation and ensuring it goes into the correct location. This means a quicker, more efficient turnaround for your customers.
The material choice is deliberate. These sets utilise high-quality Copper Nickel (also known as CuNi, Kunifer, cupro-nickel, or NiCopp) tubing. Unlike standard copper, CuNi offers significantly enhanced resistance to corrosion – an essential factor given the corrosive environment of UK roads. Its superior fatigue strength also means these pipes are built to withstand the constant stresses of a braking system over the long term, reducing the likelihood of premature failure and costly re-work.
Quality Assured for Critical Systems
Manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems, the tubing undergoes rigorous 100% electrical and pressure testing. This ensures every pipe meets stringent safety and performance standards before it even reaches your workshop, providing peace of mind. Paired with robust, solid brass unions, these sets ensure a secure, corrosion-resistant connection at every point.
Opting for a Copper Nickel set means you're fitting a component designed for ultimate reliability and longevity, giving you and your customer confidence in the braking system.
Easily fitted. Will not rust.
Our brake pipe sets are assembled with pride for your specific vehicle. Each pipe is cut to the correct length, fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle.
We use only top quality copper nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems. All tubing is 100% electrically and pressure tested and conforms to the highest standards.
Cooper pipes are more traditional and easier to work with however Copper Nickel (aka CuNI, Kunifer, cupro-nickel or NiCopp) is more resistant to corrosion and has a higher fatigue strength.
