Replacing corroded brake lines is one of those workshop jobs where cutting corners always comes back to bite you. Standard steel lines rust out, and while pure copper is easy to bend, it lacks fatigue strength and can work-harden over time, leading to cracking under pressure. This 66-inch copper-nickel (Kunifer) pipe gives you the best of both worlds: the corrosion resistance of copper with the high tensile strength of nickel.

Kunifer is the professional’s choice for underbody plumbing. It stands up to road salt, moisture, and road debris far better than standard copper, making it a true 'fit-and-forget' solution for brake system overhauls. It is pliable enough to sweep around chassis rails and tight corners without kinking, yet tough enough to handle high-pressure braking systems without expanding under load.

This pipe comes pre-cut to 66 inches, flared, and fitted with a Male 3/8" x 24 UNF (HU1) union on one end and a Female 3/8" x 24 UNF (HU1A) union on the other. This saves you the hassle of measuring, cutting, and flaring on the bench—especially useful if you are working on your back under a ramp and need to get the line routed and connected quickly.
