Punch - Flaring Tool

Every technician knows that a flaring tool is only as good as its punch. If you have worn down, damaged, or lost the original punch for your automatic or universal flaring tool, this replacement punch gets your brake pipe rig back in service without having to buy a whole new kit.

In the workshop, you are constantly choosing between pipe materials. Standard copper is soft and easy to flare, but modern vehicle standards demand Copper-Nickel (commonly known as Kunifer, CuNi, or NiCopp) due to its superior corrosion resistance and high fatigue strength. Because Kunifer is significantly tougher than standard copper, it places much higher stress on your tooling. This punch is engineered to handle that extra resistance, delivering the precise force needed to form perfect, leak-free DIN or SAE flares without splitting the pipe ends or deforming under pressure.

Please note: This product includes the replacement punch only. The main flaring tool body and dies are not included.
