These vehicle-specific brake pipe sets are designed to get the vehicle off the ramp and back on the road as quickly as possible, without sacrificing the quality of the build.

Why Copper Nickel (Kunifer) Beats Standard Copper

While standard copper pipe is soft and easy to bend, it lacks the fatigue strength required for long-term reliability under heavy vibration. Copper Nickel (commonly known as Kunifer, CuNi, or NiCopp) is the industry standard for high-end restoration and heavy-duty repair. It offers superior tensile strength and a much higher resistance to work-hardening, meaning it won't crack or split over time. More importantly for UK roads, Kunifer is highly resistant to salt-induced corrosion, ensuring the vehicle passes its MOT year after year.

• Solid Brass Unions: Cheap steel unions seize up after one winter. These kits are fitted with solid brass unions that won't rust into the calipers or master cylinder, making any future maintenance straightforward.
• Tested to British Standards: The tubing is manufactured in Great Britain, specifically for automotive braking systems. Every millimetre is 100% electrically and pressure tested to ensure it handles emergency-stop line pressures without swelling or failing.

If you are carrying out a complete overhaul, matching pre-formed reservoir, fuel, and oil inlet/outlet pipes are also available to ensure the entire under-car plumbing is up to the same standard.

We use only top quality copper nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems. All tubing is 100% electrically and pressure tested and conforms to the highest standards.
