Engineered for the Bench or Under the Chassis

One of the most practical features of this tool is its dual-operating design. You can clamp it securely in your bench vice when you are fabricating lines from scratch, or use it handheld when you are working directly under the vehicle to match the contours of the chassis. Having the option to vice-mount the tool gives you the solid leverage needed to bend tougher materials cleanly without the tool slipping.

Versatile Material & Size Range

This bender is built to handle tube sizes from 3/16” (4.76mm) up to 3/8” (10mm) outside diameter (o.d.). It is fully compatible with standard workshop tubing materials:

• Copper: Traditional, soft, and easy to form.
• Copper-Nickel (Kunifer / CuNi / NiCopp): The professional choice for brake lines due to its high corrosion resistance and fatigue strength. While stiffer to bend than standard copper, this tool handles it easily.
• Steel & Brass: Ideal for rigid fuel lines, vacuum lines, and specialised plumbing applications.

Precise Bend Radii

The tool allows you to bend pipes through a tight radius of 3/4” to 1 1/4” (1.9cm to 3.2cm). This is the critical range for routing lines around tight engine bays, bulkheads, and suspension components. By supporting the outer wall of the tube during the bend, it prevents the ovalisation and structural weakening that occurs when bending pipes by hand.
